Nerve damage may raise stomach risks for diabetes drug users

Summary
This study will observe 460 adults with diabetes who take semaglutide to see if those with nerve damage are more likely to develop gastric retention (stomach not emptying properly). Participants will be split into two groups based on whether they have neuropathy or not. The goal is to understand if nerve damage is a risk factor for this side effect.
