Summary

This study is for adults with shoulder pain lasting at least 3 months. Researchers want to understand how nerve-related pain and a condition called central sensitization (where the nervous system becomes overly sensitive) affect each other. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their pain and shoulder function, and have their shoulder movement measured. No treatments or procedures are involved. The goal is to learn more about pain patterns to improve future care.
