First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a GPS-like system (neuronavigation) to guide brain stimulation (rTMS) helps people with arm weakness after a stroke recover better than the standard method. Thirty adults who had a stroke within the last 2 weeks to 6 months will receive 10 sessions over 2 weeks. The goal is to see if the precise targeting improves arm movement and reduces treatment time.
