Brain training tested for relief from OCD and trauma

NCT ID NCT07217925

Summary

This study will test if a brain training technique called neurofeedback can improve overall well-being for people with symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress. It will involve 20 adults who are on a waitlist for specialized OCD therapy. Researchers want to see if this training helps reduce symptoms and improve emotional regulation while people wait for their main treatment.
