Summary

This study tests whether people with overweight or obesity and high food cravings can learn to change their brain's response to food cues using neurofeedback. Participants will undergo brain scans while receiving real-time feedback to help reduce cravings. The goal is to see if this training leads to healthier eating and lower calorie intake over one month.
