Summary

This study tested whether a brain-training technique called neurofeedback can help young adults feel less anxious and stressed from heavy smartphone use. Forty people aged 18-30 took part, with half receiving 25 neurofeedback sessions over 12 weeks plus an educational workshop, while the other half only got the workshop. Researchers measured changes in anxiety, phone addiction, and sleep quality after three months.
