New hope for kids battling tough neuroblastoma

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two drugs for children and young adults whose high-risk neuroblastoma has returned or not responded to standard treatments. It combines an experimental pill called tipifarnib with an approved IV drug, naxitamab. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can shrink tumors and help patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
