Summary

This study is testing a personalized treatment approach for children and young adults with high-risk neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer. It first uses genetic testing to select targeted drugs alongside standard chemotherapy, then tests whether adding an experimental drug called DFMO to standard immunotherapy helps keep the cancer from returning. The goal is to find better ways to control this difficult cancer and prevent relapse.
