NCT ID NCT03786783

Summary

This study is testing whether adding an immunotherapy drug called dinutuximab to standard chemotherapy works better for children newly diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a serious childhood cancer. The trial involves 42 young patients and aims to see if this combination is safe and can better control the disease. The treatment plan is intensive, involving multiple rounds of chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and radiation.
