NCT ID NCT07070336

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether neuroathletic exercises—movements designed to train the brain and body together—can improve walking speed, lower fall risk, and boost memory and thinking in healthy adults aged 60 to 80. About 60 participants will be split into two groups: one doing these exercises twice a week for 12 weeks, and the other following standard physical activity guidelines. The goal is to see if this approach helps seniors stay mobile and mentally fit.
