Can Brain-Training exercises help seniors walk faster and avoid falls?
NCT ID NCT07070336
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of exercise, called neuroathletic exercise, can help older adults walk faster, lower their risk of falling, and improve their memory and thinking skills. Researchers will compare a group doing these brain-focused exercises to a group following standard activity guidelines. The goal is to see if this new approach can help people age more healthily and independently.
