First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at why some veterans experience lasting mental health issues and memory problems, often called 'brain fog,' after COVID-19. Researchers will track 200 veterans over time, using questionnaires and online tests to measure thinking skills and mood. They will also analyze blood and saliva to find biological markers linked to these symptoms. The goal is to better understand Long COVID and identify targets for future treatments.
