Can a brainy Warm-Up boost your fitness in one session?
NCT ID NCT07310030
Summary
This study aims to see if a single session of 'neuro-athletic training'—a warm-up that includes special eye and brain exercises—can immediately improve physical performance more than a standard warm-up. Researchers will compare two groups of 22 healthy young adults, measuring changes in balance, flexibility, power, and reaction time right after their session. The goal is to understand if adding these brain-focused elements to exercise routines provides a quick performance boost.
