NCT ID NCT07310030

First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested whether a single session of neuro-athletic training (NAT) — a workout that combines brain exercises with physical movement — can immediately improve balance, flexibility, power, and reaction time in healthy young adults aged 18 to 35. Twenty-two participants did either NAT or a traditional warm-up, and their performance was measured right after. The goal is to see if NAT offers quick benefits for everyday fitness and coordination.
