Sleep pill tested for stress and sleepless nights
NCT ID NCT06278077
Summary
This study tested whether a medication called Neurexan could help people with recent, short-term insomnia sleep better and feel less stressed. For 14 days, 81 adults took either Neurexan or a placebo (inactive pill). Researchers measured sleep patterns in a sleep lab, tracked stress with questionnaires and a cold water test, and checked for changes in stress hormones.
