First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether brain signals can be used to trigger spinal cord stimulation and help people with spinal cord injury move their hands. Three adults with chronic injury will use a brain-computer interface to control the stimulation. The goal is to see if this approach can improve hand function and strengthen brain-to-muscle connections.
