Nerve stretches may ease chronic pain in seniors
NCT ID NCT07449819
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This small study tests whether doing specific nerve exercises (called neural mobilization) twice a week for 8 weeks can reduce pain and improve daily function in older adults with chronic muscle or joint pain. Four participants aged 60+ will keep a daily pain diary and be supervised by a physiotherapist. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise approach offers a drug-free way to manage ongoing pain.
