Second shot at radiation therapy tested for returning gut tumors

Summary
This study is for adults with advanced neuroendocrine tumors in the digestive system that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery, and which have started growing again after a previous successful round of a targeted radiation therapy. It aims to see if giving a second round of that same radiation treatment works better at controlling the cancer and keeping it from worsening than switching to standard oral medications (everolimus, sunitinib, or cabozantinib). About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the radiation retreatment or one of the standard pill treatments.
