This study tests whether a non-invasive device called NESA, which delivers tiny electrical currents through the skin, can help people who had a stroke 6 months to 6 years ago. Researchers will measure changes in pain, muscle tightness, balance, sleep, and daily activities in 30 participants. The goal is to see if this gentle stimulation can improve quality of life after a stroke.
