Summary
This study compares three approaches for chronic knee pain: standard steroid injections, nerve stimulation with steroid injections, and nerve stimulation with placebo injections. Researchers want to see which method works best for improving knee movement and reducing pain over 90 days. The study includes 45 adults with persistent knee pain who haven't found relief from other treatments.
