Summary
This study tests a small ear device that gently stimulates a nerve to see if it is safe and comfortable for people with a recent spinal cord injury. Researchers want to know if adding this device to standard walking therapy can help improve mobility. The study involves 50 adults and has two parts: first checking safety, then testing it before therapy.
