Could a nerve zap help veterans with PTSD sleep better?

Summary
This study tests whether stimulating a nerve in the ear or neck can improve sleep in veterans with PTSD. About 87 veterans will try two different stimulation spots to see which works better. The goal is to find a new, non-drug way to help people fall and stay asleep.
