Summary
This pilot study tested a non-invasive device that stimulates a nerve in the neck to see if it can safely lower blood pressure in 63 adults whose high blood pressure was not controlled by medication. Participants received either the real stimulation or a sham (fake) treatment. The goal was to check safety and whether the device could help manage blood pressure, not to cure it.
