Veterans with PTSD may get better sleep from a simple nerve zap

Summary
This study tests whether stimulating a nerve in the ear or neck can improve sleep in veterans with PTSD. About 87 veterans will try one of two stimulation locations to see which helps them fall and stay asleep better. The goal is to find a new, non-drug way to treat sleep problems common in PTSD.
