Shock therapy meets Mind-Body healing for nerve pain

NCT ID NCT07403331

Summary

This study is testing whether combining spinal cord stimulation (a device that sends electrical pulses to the spinal cord) with a comprehensive rehabilitation program can better manage chronic nerve pain in the legs. The program includes physical therapy, psychological counseling, and exercise. Researchers want to see if this combined approach reduces pain and improves daily function for people whose pain hasn't responded to standard treatments.
