Freezing nerves during amputation to ease phantom pain

Summary
This registry aims to track how well freezing nerves during an amputation surgery helps manage pain after the operation, including phantom limb pain. It will follow 2,000 adults who are having an amputation. The main goal is to see how the nerve-freezing procedure is used and to check for any complications.
