Summary

This study aims to find which of two targeted numbing techniques works better to control pain and reduce agitation after nose surgery (septorhinoplasty). Researchers will compare blocking nerves near the eye versus blocking a nerve cluster inside the nose in 86 adult patients. The goal is to see which method provides longer-lasting pain relief and a smoother recovery after the operation.
