New nerve block technique could improve knee surgery recovery

Summary

This study tests whether a new nerve block method (quadri-block) helps people recover better after knee replacement surgery compared to the standard approach. About 100 adults with knee arthritis will receive one of the two pain-blocking techniques. The main goal is to see which method leads to better recovery and less pain 24 hours after surgery.
