Summary
This study is testing a specific nerve-blocking technique to see if it can better control pain and improve recovery for people having lower back fusion surgery. Researchers will place a small catheter in the back to deliver numbing medicine before surgery and track participants' pain levels and medication use for four days afterward. The goal is to see if this method provides more effective and longer-lasting pain relief compared to standard care.
