First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a numbing injection near the cheekbone before nose surgery can lower the amount of strong pain medicine needed during the operation and improve recovery. About 90 adults having septorhinoplasty will either get the nerve block plus general anesthesia or just general anesthesia. Researchers will measure pain, medication use, and satisfaction up to one month after surgery.
