Simple injection could cut painkiller need after neck surgery
NCT ID NCT06755736
Summary
This study tested whether a simple nerve block injection could help patients use fewer opioid painkillers after neck disc surgery. Researchers compared 60 patients who received the block to those who did not. The goal was to see if this safe technique could manage pain effectively while reducing side effects like nausea from strong pain medications.
