Summary

This study is testing if a targeted injection to numb specific nerves around the knee (a genicular nerve block) can help people with chronic knee osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if this procedure reduces pain, improves quality of life, and also helps with joint position sense (proprioception), which is often impaired in arthritis and affects balance. The study will involve 44 participants aged 55-75 with moderate knee arthritis.
