Nerve block tested to ease Post-Surgery stomach woes

Summary
This study is testing if a specific pain-blocking injection, given during weight loss surgery, can help patients' stomachs recover and work normally again more quickly. Researchers will compare recovery in 60 patients who get the injection to those who do not. They will measure how patients feel and use an ultrasound to check stomach function after surgery.
