First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study will test if the Nerivio device, a wearable armband that stimulates nerves to help the brain reduce pain, can improve symptoms in 40 children aged 8-18 with Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome (AMPS). Half the participants will use the device every other day for four weeks, while the other half continues standard care. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, medication use, and quality of life.
