Summary
This study tests a drug called neratinib, which blocks a protein that helps cancer cells grow. It is given before usual treatment to 30 people with stage I-III HER2-mutated lobular breast cancer. The goal is to see if it works better than standard hormone therapy at shrinking tumors and improving outcomes.
