New gel aims to close stubborn leg wounds faster

Summary
This study tests whether a product called NeoThelium FT, used along with usual wound care, helps heal venous leg ulcers better than usual care alone. About 132 adults with open leg sores that have not healed much in the past month will take part. The main goal is to see if the treatment leads to complete wound closure.
