Gene signature may guide sarcoma treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether a genetic signature called CINSARC can help predict how well chemotherapy works in people with soft-tissue sarcomas. About 205 participants with non-spread tumors will receive chemotherapy before surgery, and researchers will track tumor response. The goal is to see if the CINSARC signature can identify who benefits most from chemotherapy, potentially personalizing future treatment.
