First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests two different chemotherapy combinations (nab-paclitaxel plus carboplatin vs. nab-paclitaxel plus epirubicin) given before surgery to shrink tumors in people with triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see which combo works better at eliminating cancer cells and making breast-conserving surgery possible. About 520 women aged 18-70 with tumors larger than 2 cm will participate.
