Could a heart drug boost colon cancer treatment?

Summary
This study tests if adding a common heart medication (propranolol) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with a certain type of colon cancer. About 45 adults with stage II or III colon cancer that is mismatch repair proficient (pMMR) will receive either the standard combination or the standard plus propranolol. The main goal is to see how much the tumor shrinks before surgery.
