Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with brain metastases (cancer that spread to the brain). Doctors give focused radiation (radiosurgery) before surgery to remove the tumor, hoping to prevent it from growing back. The trial involves 36 adults with 1 to 4 brain tumors and will also track side effects to find the safest radiation dose.
