First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (docetaxel, oxaliplatin, and S-1) before surgery can help remove stomach cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes. About 63 adults with advanced stomach cancer that cannot be fully removed by surgery alone will receive this treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients become eligible for complete surgical removal of their cancer.
