Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs given before surgery for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors more effectively, making surgery easier or possible for more patients. About 76 adults with stage III-IV cancer will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects and long-term outcomes.
