Summary

This study tested a drug called cemiplimab given before surgery to people with stage II to IV cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (a type of skin cancer). The goal was to see if the drug could eliminate or shrink the tumor before surgery. 79 participants received the treatment, and researchers measured how many had a complete response (no cancer left in the removed tissue). The study also looked at safety and whether the drug changed the surgical plan.
