Could chemo before surgery beat standard care for colon cancer?

Summary
This study compares giving chemotherapy before surgery versus surgery alone for people with stage II or III colon cancer that has a high chance of coming back. About 100 adults aged 18-70 will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if pre-surgery chemo improves the chance of staying cancer-free for two years. All participants receive free advanced monitoring, including blood tests to detect leftover cancer cells.
