Summary
This study compares giving chemotherapy before surgery versus standard surgery-first treatment for people with stage II or III colon cancer that has a high CEA level. About 100 adults aged 18-70 will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if pre-surgery chemo improves the chance of staying cancer-free for two years. Participants also receive free advanced genetic testing of their tumor and blood to monitor for remaining cancer cells.
