First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving the drug atezolizumab before surgery can shrink tumors in people with certain types of urinary tract cancer. Atezolizumab helps the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. About 58 adults will receive two cycles of the drug, then undergo standard surgery to remove the tumor. Researchers will compare tissue and blood samples to see how well the treatment works and if it is safe.
