Sniffing hope: nasal spray tested for tough brain cancers

Summary
This study is testing the safety and early effectiveness of an experimental nasal spray called NEO100 for adults with aggressive brain tumors (Grade III or IV gliomas) that have grown back after standard treatment. The spray aims to deliver treatment directly to the brain to try to control the cancer. The trial will first find a safe dose and then see if the treatment helps patients live longer.
