Summary

This study looks at whether supervised exercise (a mix of aerobic and strength training) during chemotherapy can help shrink breast tumors and improve how well patients tolerate treatment. About 100 women with breast cancer will participate. The goal is to see if exercise can be a simple, drug-free way to boost the effects of standard cancer care.
