First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a prebiotic-rich diet to standard immunotherapy (ipilimumab and nivolumab) before surgery helps melanoma patients respond better. About 35 adults with stage III or IV melanoma will follow the diet and take the drugs. The goal is to see if the diet is feasible and improves treatment outcomes.
