This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (nemtabrutinib) to a personalized cell therapy (lisocabtagene maraleucel) can help people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. About 20 adults will receive the combination to see if it improves complete response rates. The approach aims to boost the immune system's ability to attack cancer cells.
