Summary

This study tested a drug called nemolizumab in 258 adults with chronic kidney disease who were on dialysis and had moderate to severe itching. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce itch intensity compared to a placebo over 12 weeks. The main measure was the percentage of patients who reported a significant improvement in their worst itch score.
